Dr. Bryan Seiff

Dr. Bryan Seiff is a fellowship-trained oculoplastic and aesthetic facial surgeon. He specializes in both cosmetic and functional procedures of the eyelid, brow, and face. Dr. Seiff treats conditions such as droopy eyelids that affect vision, skin cancers requiring removal and reconstruction, tearing problems, and other eyelid and facial abnormalities. He also offers aesthetic care including cosmetic eyelid and facial surgery, alongside non-invasive treatments like Botox, fillers, and Kybella.

Dr. Seiff serves on the clinical faculty at Christiana Hospital in both the Ophthalmology and Oral Maxillofacial Surgery departments and is the section chief for facial cosmetic surgery in the OMFS department. He remains active in the American Society of Oculofacial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and has chaired its Young ASOPRS committee. His work has been presented at national surgical meetings and published in textbooks and scientific journals. Dr. Seiff approaches cosmetic surgery as both a science and an art, aiming for natural, harmonious results and high patient satisfaction.
