About Me
Dr. Bruce R. Saran is a board-certified and fellowship-trained retina surgeon specializing in the medical and surgical management of all vitreoretinal diseases. He utilizes highly advanced technology such as digital fundus imaging and OCT angiography to diagnose and treat conditions like macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, retinal tears, retinal detachments, macular holes, and macular puckers.
With decades of experience providing retina care to Chester County, Dr. Saran creates personalized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient. He frequently participates in clinical trials in pursuit of future treatments for vitreoretinal diseases and contributes to the community by lecturing on advancements in vitreoretinal care, including for The Macula Vision Research Foundation. He also serves as a reviewer for prestigious ophthalmology journals and holds consultative positions on advisory boards of international retinal pharmaceutical corporations.
