Meet Dr. Brian Armstrong

Dr. Brian Armstrong is a cornea and refractive surgery specialist at the Truhlsen Eye Institute in Omaha, Nebraska. He treats a wide range of conditions affecting the front of the eye, including cataracts, corneal disease, dry eyes, keratoconus, and eye infections. Dr. Armstrong has extensive experience in laser vision correction, refractive cataract surgery, and corneal transplantation, and he is known for taking time to explain conditions and treatment options in clear, understandable terms.

Dr. Armstrong’s career has taken him from the Cleveland Clinic to the Mid-Atlantic Permanente Group in Washington, D.C., where he served as Assistant Chief of Ophthalmology, and later to Abu Dhabi, where he opened a new Eye Institute. He returned to the United States in 2022 and now serves as Director of Cornea and Refractive Surgery at the Truhlsen Eye Institute. He is passionate about innovation in advanced eye care and is dedicated to helping patients achieve the best possible vision.
