About Me
Dr. Brian A. Welcome is a glaucoma surgeon at Jervey Eye Group in Greenville, South Carolina. He values the deep trust and communication needed to achieve great outcomes in glaucoma surgery and post-operative care. Through frequent follow-ups over many years, he builds strong, personal relationships with his patients.
Dr. Welcome is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology since 2002 and completed his glaucoma fellowship at the Dean McGee Eye Institute in Oklahoma City. He earned his medical degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse and his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College.
He has been part of Jervey Eye Group since 2002 and holds staff appointments at GHS and St. Francis Hospital.
