Dr. Blair Armstrong

Dr. Jaclyn Gurwin is an oculoplastic surgeon specializing in functional and aesthetic surgery of the eyelids, orbit, and lacrimal system. She cares for patients seeking rejuvenation as well as those needing reconstruction for eyelid malpositions, trauma, skin cancer, thyroid eye disease, and tearing disorders. Dr. Gurwin earned her medical degree from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania and completed ophthalmology residency at the Scheie Eye Institute, where she received a resident teaching award. She then completed an ASOPRS-accredited fellowship in Oculofacial and Orbital Reconstructive and Cosmetic Surgery at the University of Wisconsin–Madison under Mark Lucarelli, MD. A summa cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, she has authored publications and led nationally discussed work linking art education with medical training. Dr. Charlotte Marous is a board-certified oculofacial plastic and orbital surgeon who cares for adults and children with functional and cosmetic eyelid, lacrimal, and orbital conditions. Her interests include upper and lower eyelid rejuvenation, eyelid malposition repair, periocular and orbital tumors, Mohs reconstruction, orbital trauma, nasolacrimal (tear-duct) surgery, thyroid eye disease, and cosmetic injectables. She provides individualized plans aimed at natural, restorative results and takes time to discuss goals, options, and recovery. Dr. Marous completed a highly competitive two-year ASOPRS fellowship in oculofacial plastic and orbital surgery at the Lions Eye Institute and Albany Medical College following ophthalmology residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, where she served as chief resident and received multiple teaching and advocacy awards. Earlier training included a master’s degree in global health from the University of Notre Dame and medical school at St. George’s University, after undergraduate studies at Wake Forest. She practices at Wills Eye in Philadelphia and is committed to compassionate, precise care for the full spectrum of oculoplastic and orbital disorders.

Dr. Nicole P. Rebollo is an oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgeon who cares for the full spectrum of eyelid, lacrimal (tear duct), and orbital conditions. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, she completed medical school and ophthalmology residency at the University of Puerto Rico, serving as chief resident. She went on to subspecialty training in ocular oncology at Vanderbilt University, followed by a two-year ASOPRS-approved oculoplastics fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic’s Cole Eye Institute. Dr. Rebollo joined Pittsburgh Oculoplastic Associates in 2024 and sees patients at the Shadyside and Monroeville locations. Her practice includes functional and cosmetic eyelid surgery, tear duct procedures for excessive tearing, and advanced orbital surgery for thyroid eye disease, trauma, and tumors. She has contributed peer-reviewed publications and book chapters in ocular oncology and oculoplastics, and is a board-certified ophthalmologist, a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, and a candidate member of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS).
