Dr. Barry Fisherman

Dr. Barry Fisherman is a board-certified ophthalmologist providing comprehensive eye care. He offers thorough eye examinations and medical treatments with a focus on cataract and implant surgery, as well as laser surgery for diabetes and glaucoma. Patients with conditions such as diabetic eye disease, dry eye, and glaucoma can receive evaluation and management.

Dr. Fisherman completed his undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University and earned his medical degree from the University of Texas. He completed his internship and residency at Nassau County Medical Center. He also served as a squadron surgeon in the United States Army and as an ophthalmic pathology instructor at Nassau County Medical Center.
