Dr. Andrew Dvorak

Dr. Dvorak is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in cataract surgery, LASIK and other refractive procedures, and medical treatment of retinal conditions. He earned his medical degree from Chicago Medical School / Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, completed an internal medicine internship at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, and finished his ophthalmology residency at the University of Florida.

Dr. Dvorak offers advanced laser vision procedures including femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery, bladeless LASIK, and micro-invasive iStent surgery. He is certified on multiple laser systems and specializes in Toric and multifocal intraocular lenses. He performs surgeries at Memorial Hermann Surgery Center Conroe and Huntsville Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Dvorak grew up in Illinois and enjoys outdoor activities such as cycling, skiing, and wakeboarding in his free time.
