Dr. Anastasia Neufeld

Dr. Isaiah Davies is an ophthalmologist and uveitis specialist at Eye Disease Consultants in West Hartford, Connecticut. His practice focuses on ocular infectious and inflammatory eye diseases, and he provides both medical and surgical care for patients with complex, often chronic eye inflammation. Dr. Davies values the long-term relationships he builds with patients and staff, and he is committed to helping patients understand their diagnoses and treatment options so they can navigate what are sometimes complicated therapies with confidence. Born and raised in Utah, Dr. Davies completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Utah and earned his medical degree from Duke University School of Medicine. He went on to an internship at Intermountain Medical Center, followed by an ophthalmology residency at Yale Eye Center. He then completed a fellowship in uveitis and ocular infectious and inflammatory eye diseases at Eye Disease Consultants and chose to remain with the practice after fellowship. Dr. Davies lives in West Hartford with his wife and two children and enjoys spending time with his family outside of work.

Dr. Isha Gupta is a board-certified glaucoma and cataract surgeon at Utah Eye Centers, seeing patients in Ogden and throughout northern Utah. She earned her medical degree from the University of Utah School of Medicine, completed an ophthalmology residency at the Baylor College of Medicine Cullen Eye Institute, and then pursued a glaucoma fellowship at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute at the University of Miami. Dr. Gupta specializes in medical and surgical management of glaucoma, including minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS) and advanced cataract surgery using femtosecond laser technology. As Utah Eye Centers’ dedicated glaucoma specialist, she partners closely with optometrists and other physicians to coordinate long-term care for patients with complex or high-risk disease. She is involved in research and volunteer work and enjoys taking time to educate patients so they understand their diagnosis, treatment options, and what to expect before and after surgery. Outside of clinic, she enjoys running, traveling, and trying new restaurants around town.

Dr. Mubarik B. Mohamed is a cornea and external disease specialist completing fellowship training at the UNC School of Medicine. He previously served patients in Utah during ophthalmology residency at the University of Utah after earning his medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine. As part of the cornea service, he evaluates and manages dry eye disease, corneal dystrophies, ocular surface disorders, infections, and injuries that affect the clarity and comfort of the eye. Working within a multidisciplinary academic team, Dr. Mohamed participates in advanced surgical care pathways for complex anterior segment problems. Patients may benefit from modern keratoplasty techniques and ocular surface reconstruction when appropriate, alongside thoughtful medical therapy and prevention strategies. He is committed to clear communication, practical treatment plans, and restoring the quality of vision that lets patients return to the activities they love.
