About Me
Amy Wexler, M.D., F.A.A.P., is a pediatric ophthalmologist at South Jersey Eye Physicians, where she provides medical and surgical eye care for children and adolescents up to age 18. She treats a variety of pediatric eye conditions including blocked tear ducts, amblyopia (commonly known as lazy eye), strabismus (crossed eyes), and double vision. Dr. Wexler also performs routine pediatric eye exams and manages eye diseases in children.
Dr. Wexler completed her medical degree at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, followed by an ophthalmology residency at Boston University Medical Center and a fellowship in pediatric ophthalmology and strabismus at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children. She is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
At South Jersey Eye Physicians, Dr. Wexler focuses on creating a comfortable experience for her young patients and their families, taking time to address concerns and explain treatments. She practices at locations in Moorestown, Medford, and Columbus, New Jersey.
