Dr. Ambika Hoguet

Dr. Jenny Dohlman is a pediatric ophthalmologist with additional training in adult oculoplastic and orbital surgery. She cares for babies, children, and adolescents with common and complex conditions, and works closely with families to explain diagnoses and next steps in plain language. Her approach emphasizes safety, comfort, and thoughtful follow-up, whether she is monitoring a blocked tear duct, treating an infection, or planning specialized surgery. Dr. Dohlman earned her medical degree from Yale, completed ophthalmology residency at Mass Eye and Ear/Harvard Medical School, and pursued fellowships in pediatric ophthalmology and adult strabismus at Boston Children’s Hospital and in orbital and oculoplastic surgery at the Krieger Eye Institute/Sinai Hospital of Baltimore. As an instructor at Harvard Medical School, she brings academic rigor to everyday care. She welcomes referrals for pediatric eye examinations, eyelid and orbital concerns, and coordination with other specialists when needed.

Dr. Michael Lin is a glaucoma specialist at Massachusetts Eye and Ear and an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Harvard Medical School. He cares for patients with all forms of glaucoma, offering individualized treatment plans that may include medications and a wide range of glaucoma procedures, including minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS). He also performs cataract surgery and helps patients understand how surgical choices can support both vision and long-term eye health. In addition to clinical care, Dr. Lin’s work includes research focused on improving medical and surgical treatments for glaucoma, along with teaching and training future ophthalmologists. He completed fellowship training in glaucoma at Wills Eye Hospital after ophthalmology residency and medical school at Harvard, and he has received career development support through major vision-research awards.

Dr. Nandini Venkateswaran is a fellowship-trained cataract, cornea, and refractive surgeon in the Cornea and Refractive Surgery Service at Mass Eye and Ear and serves as an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Harvard Medical School. She partners with patients to match advanced surgical techniques with their visual goals, from complex cataract cases to modern corneal transplantation and refractive options. A New York native, Dr. Venkateswaran earned her medical degree with distinction in community health from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. She completed ophthalmology residency at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute/University of Miami and fellowship training in cornea, external disease, and refractive surgery at Duke Eye Center. She is active in national societies, has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and book chapters, and enjoys educating trainees while delivering compassionate, individualized care.
