Dr. Ali Mokhtarzadeh

Dr. Ali Mokhtarzadeh is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery, with additional expertise in pediatric oculoplastic procedures. His clinical practice focuses on conditions affecting the eyelids, orbits, and tear ducts, offering both surgical and non-surgical management. Dr. Mokhtarzadeh provides care for patients across the age spectrum, from infants to older adults, and is fluent in English and Farsi.

He completed his medical education at the University of Minnesota Medical School, followed by an ophthalmology residency at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Mokhtarzadeh then pursued advanced fellowship training in oculoplastic and orbital surgery at the Mayo Clinic and a second fellowship in oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Minnesota. He currently sees patients at M Health Fairview locations in Maple Grove and Minneapolis.
