Dr. Ahmar Sajjad is an ophthalmologist specializing in cornea, cataract, and refractive surgery. He earned his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, and completed his internship at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas. Dr. Sajjad returned to Baylor for his residency training, where he engaged in research, contributed to several publications, and served as chief resident in his final year.
He further advanced his expertise with a cornea fellowship at the University of Illinois in Chicago. Dr. Sajjad is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society and the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
