Dr. Adam Sise

Dr. Adam Sise is a cornea and cataract specialist and surgeon at Eyecare Medical Group in Portland, Maine. He is board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.

Prior to medical school, Dr. Sise spent several years teaching Biology, Physics, and Engineering, incorporating the eye as an example in each subject. He found that the eye's structure, function, optics, and evolution always had something to teach, and the importance of vision in its detailed physiology made pursuing ophthalmology an easy decision.

Dr. Sise considers it a privilege to work with such a fascinating organ and to help patients restore such a vital function to their lives.
