Dr. Abhiniti Mittal

Dr. Abhiniti Mittal is a dedicated ophthalmologist specializing in cornea and refractive surgery at Kaiser Permanente. Her interest in eye care began after working at Cornell Ophthalmology in New York. She completed her ophthalmology residency in New York and advanced her training with a cornea and refractive surgery fellowship at Oregon Health and Science University.

Dr. Mittal is passionate about empowering patients with knowledge about their eye health and providing personalized surgical and clinical care. Her clinical expertise encompasses a range of procedures including cataract surgery, partial and full thickness corneal transplants, cross linking for corneal conditions, and various refractive procedures. She also manages general ophthalmological needs to ensure comprehensive eye care.

Fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Spanish, Dr. Mittal values clear communication and offers interpreter services for her patients. Outside of medicine, she enjoys spending time with her family exploring the outdoors of Northern California, hiking, traveling, and cooking.
