Dr. Wellington Chang

Dr. Wellington Chang is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in the diagnosis, treatment, and surgery of eye diseases. He has extensive experience in cataract surgery, offering both traditional and laser-assisted procedures to help patients regain clear vision and improve their quality of life.

Dr. Chang completed his medical degree and an MBA in healthcare management at Tufts University School of Medicine. He undertook an internship in surgery and an ophthalmology residency at Georgetown University and Washington Hospital Center, where he served as chief resident, followed by a fellowship in ophthalmic pathology at the Moran Eye Center of the University of Utah.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Chang volunteers with community organizations to promote eye health in the Fairfax and Northern Virginia area.
