Dr. Vishal Parikh

Dr. Vishal S. Parikh is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in vitreoretinal diseases and surgery. He is trained as a retina specialist and currently practices with Midwest Retina, providing care to patients at Ohio Eye Associates.

He earned his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and then completed his ophthalmology residency at the Cole Eye Institute of the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Dr. Parikh further advanced his training with a fellowship in Vitreoretinal Surgery and Diseases at The Retina Institute (formerly Barnes Retina Institute) in St. Louis, Missouri.

As an experienced retina specialist, Dr. Parikh is actively involved in several professional organizations dedicated to the advancement of retinal care. He participates in clinical research and fellowship training at Midwest Retina. His memberships include the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Ohio Ophthalmology Society, the American Society of Retinal Specialists, and the Ohio State Medical Association.
