Dr. Tara Guretzky

Dr. Tara Guretzky is a pediatric ophthalmologist at Kids Eye Care of Maryland, dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of eye conditions in children. She offers comprehensive care for conditions such as amblyopia, strabismus, blocked tear ducts, and retinopathy of prematurity. Dr. Guretzky performs strabismus surgery for both children and adults and provides neonatal ophthalmology services for the youngest patients.

Dr. Guretzky completed her specialty training at Washington University in St. Louis and previously served as Chief of Pediatric Ophthalmology at the University of Missouri. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Association for Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus. Dr. Guretzky has published in medical books and journals and has lectured at teaching hospitals.
