Dr. Kavoussi is a retina specialist providing sub-specialty surgical care for retinal conditions. He is fluent in English and Spanish and primarily practices at Scurlock Tower Suite 1812 in the Texas Medical Center in Houston, with additional patient visits at the Victoria Eye Center.
He completed his ophthalmology residency at Yale University School of Medicine and is highly skilled in advanced vitreo-retinal surgery techniques.
