Dr. Scott Pinter

Dr. Scott Pinter is a board-certified ophthalmologist serving patients at VisionPoint Eye Center in Bloomington, Illinois. He graduated with high honors in biology from the University of Notre Dame, where he was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society, and earned his medical degree from Washington University Medical School, where he was selected for the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. He completed his residency at the W.K. Kellogg Eye Center at the University of Michigan Medical Center.

Dr. Pinter specializes in laser vision correction, including LASIK and advanced surface ablation (ASA), as well as refractive cataract surgery with premium intraocular lenses. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the International Society of Refractive Surgery, and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. Dr. Pinter enjoys the high-tech aspects of ophthalmology and is dedicated to enhancing patients' lives through improved vision.
