Meet Dr. Scott Arthur Uttley

Dr. Scott A. Uttley is an ophthalmologist at St. Paul Eye Clinic. He provides comprehensive eye care with a focus on corneal disease, corneal transplants, LASIK, and cataract and anterior segment surgery. Dr. Uttley also sees patients for comprehensive eye exams and contact lenses.

He is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. Dr. Uttley completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Minnesota, followed by a fellowship in cornea and external disease at the same institution. He earned his medical degree from the University of New Mexico School of Medicine and holds a bachelor's degree in biochemistry from New Mexico State University.
