Dr. Sanford Feldman

Dr. Sanford Feldman is a board-certified ophthalmologist who practiced in San Diego from 1984 until his retirement in 2020, now holding an emeritus position. He was repeatedly voted “Top Doctor” in Ophthalmology by San Diego physicians, reflecting his esteemed standing in the medical community.

While actively practicing, Dr. Feldman specialized in small incision cataract surgery, including laser-assisted techniques, and utilized enhanced intraocular lens implants such as multifocal and astigmatism-correcting options. He is also an expert in bladeless wavefront guided custom LASIK, offering advanced vision correction solutions.

He is a graduate of the Jules Stein Eye Institute at UCLA, where he taught as an associate clinical instructor for over 30 years. Dr. Feldman graduated with highest honors from Stanford University and the UCLA School of Medicine.
