Rachel Davis, MD, is a board-certified ophthalmologist and fellowship-trained oculoplastic surgeon who cares for patients with both functional and cosmetic concerns of the eyelids, orbit, and tear ducts. She offers thoughtful evaluations, explains options in clear language, and tailors treatment plans to each person’s goals and daily life. Dr. Akella completed fellowship training in oculoplastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Illinois at Chicago after ophthalmology residency at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine and medical school at Stony Brook. She provides advanced eyelid and orbital surgery, lacrimal procedures, trauma repair, and minimally invasive aesthetic treatments, aiming for safe, durable results that fit each person’s goals.
