About Me
Dr. Mark A. Cepela is an ophthalmologist specializing in oculoplastic surgery, addressing conditions that affect both vision and facial appearance. Beyond his practice at Midwest Eye Center, Dr. Cepela volunteers with Orbis, a flying eye hospital that provides surgical care and training in underserved countries.
