About Me
Dr. Rohit Adyanthaya, known as Dr. Roh, is a board-certified ophthalmologist who is fellowship trained in vitreo-retinal surgery at the Valley Retina Institute and the Wilmer Eye Institute at Johns Hopkins University. He treats a wide range of retinal disorders, including diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, retinal vein occlusions, macular holes, epiretinal membranes, retinal tears, and retinal detachments.
Dr. Adyanthaya is actively involved in clinical research as a principal investigator and has contributed to numerous clinical trials for retinal diseases. He has been recognized by the American Academy of Ophthalmology for his surgical videos and scholarly contributions. In addition to patient care, he serves as an Assistant Professor at Eastern Virginia Medical School, where he teaches and mentors ophthalmology residents.
