Meet Dr. Richard Legge
About Me
Dr. Richard H. Legge is a neuro-ophthalmologist at Nebraska Medicine specializing in disorders of the visual system related to neurological conditions. His practice focuses on adults with neurologic vision disorders and children experiencing vision loss of any kind. He also performs strabismus surgery to correct eye misalignment.
Conditions of special interest to Dr. Legge include double vision, pseudotumor cerebri, brain related vision loss, pediatric cortical visual impairment, eye movement disorders, and optic nerve disease. Dr. Legge is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences and serves as president of the Pediatric Cortical Visual Impairment Society. He is a Fellow of the North-American Neuro-Ophthalmology Society and the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
