Dr. Raymond Hernandez III

Dr. Raymond H. Hernandez III is a board-certified ophthalmologist at San Antonio Eye Center. A San Antonio native, he earned his medical degree from Stanford University School of Medicine and completed his ophthalmology residency at the Ochsner Clinic in New Orleans, followed by a glaucoma fellowship at Northwestern University School of Medicine. Since returning to San Antonio in 1996, he has been providing comprehensive eye care in private practice.

Dr. Hernandez’s clinical interests include glaucoma and comprehensive ophthalmology. He treats a range of eye conditions, with a particular focus on glaucoma management. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
