About Me
Dr. Phoebe Lin is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in retinal and vitreous diseases and uveitis at the Cole Eye Institute of Cleveland Clinic Foundation. She provides comprehensive medical and surgical care for ocular inflammatory and retinal diseases, including vitreoretinal surgery, autoimmune uveitis, and age-related macular degeneration. Her clinical practice focuses on helping adult patients manage complex retinal and inflammatory eye conditions.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Lin leads a research laboratory investigating novel therapeutic targets for ocular inflammatory disease and macular degeneration. Her research explores pathways such as leukocyte migration in autoimmune uveitis, immune regulation, and the role of the intestinal microbiota in ocular inflammation. She has published over 100 articles, book chapters, and books and is actively involved in educating residents and fellows.
