Meet Dr. Mohsen Bahmani Kashkouli

Dr. Mohsen B. Kashkouli is an oculofacial plastic surgeon with more than two decades of experience caring for patients with eyelid, brow, orbital, and tearing disorders. A professor in the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences at the University of Louisville School of Medicine, he focuses on achieving natural, harmonious results while prioritizing safety, function, and patient satisfaction. His academic contributions include 150+ publications, numerous invited lectures, and mentorship of fellows and residents in oculoplastic surgery.

Dr. Kashkouli completed ophthalmology residency at Iran University of Medical Sciences and an oculofacial plastic surgery fellowship at Norwich University Hospital in England. He is a member of the Orbital Society, ASOPRS, and ESOPRS, and his areas of interest span eyebrow and eyelid surgery, orbital fractures and tumors, thyroid eye disease, and management of watery eye due to lacrimal system problems.
