Meet Dr. Michael G. Haas

Dr. Michael Haas is a board-certified comprehensive ophthalmologist with over 20 years of experience in medical and surgical eye care. He specializes in laser-assisted cataract surgery and premium intraocular lenses, and treats a range of medical eye conditions including macular degeneration, dry eye, glaucoma, and diabetic eye disease. Dr. Haas places a strong emphasis on patient-centered care, ensuring that every patient receives personalized attention.

Dr. Haas completed his undergraduate studies at Western Washington University, followed by medical school at the University of Washington. He went on to complete an ophthalmology residency at Indiana University and an internship at the University of Texas at San Antonio Health Sciences Center. He is currently in practice at Haas Vision Center in Colorado Springs.
