About Me
Dr. Matthew Benage is an ophthalmologist dedicated to providing compassionate and clear communication to his patients, understanding that eyesight is crucial to overall health. He strives to alleviate concerns by listening attentively and explaining treatment options thoroughly.
His practice focuses on preserving and restoring vision, with particular expertise in cataract surgery, anterior segment surgery, and minimally invasive glaucoma surgery. Dr. Benage also has experience in managing retinal diseases and ocular surface conditions, offering comprehensive eye care.
Dr. Benage completed his undergraduate studies in psychology and literature at the College of the Ozarks before earning his medical degree from the University of Missouri School of Medicine.
