About Me
Dr. Mary E. Mendelsohn is a board-certified ophthalmologist and medical retina specialist at Woodcliff Lake Ophthalmology, LLP in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey. She provides comprehensive eye care for patients of all ages, offering services such as eye exams, dry eye treatment, diabetic eye disease care, macular degeneration management, and glaucoma care. She also performs non-surgical TempSure skin tightening treatments and provides contact lens fittings.
With specialized training in medical retina and ophthalmic oncology, Dr. Mendelsohn is equipped to handle complex eye conditions. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Yale University and her medical degree from the State University of New York Stony Brook School of Medicine. She completed her ophthalmology residency and a fellowship in medical retina at New York University Medical Center, followed by a second fellowship in ophthalmic oncology at New York Hospital Cornell Medical Center. She is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and has been recognized with the Louis and Rachel Rudin Foundation grant and the David Warfield Fellowship grant.
Dr. Mendelsohn is committed to community education, regularly leading presentations for senior and low-vision groups. She welcomes new patients to her Woodcliff Lake office.
