Dr. Mark Maria

Dr. Mark C. Maria is an ophthalmologist at Fava & Maria Eye Associates in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. He provides comprehensive eye care, including routine eye exams and advanced surgical treatments. Dr. Maria specializes in cataract surgery, laser procedures, and oculoplastic surgery. He also offers cosmetic facial enhancements such as Botox, Restylane, and Microdermabrasion.

Dr. Maria completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Scranton and earned his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine. He served as an Army physician, completing an internship at Brooke Army Medical Center and an ophthalmology residency at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, where he was appointed Chief Resident. After his military service, he joined the practice and continues to care for patients with a wide range of eye conditions.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Maria has been active in professional organizations, serving as past president of the Pennsylvania Academy of Ophthalmology and as a congressional liaison for the American Academy of Ophthalmology. He also contributed to the textbook "The Profession of Ophthalmology."
