Dr. Lyn Yakubov

Dr. Lyn Yakubov is a board-certified ophthalmologist at Eye Care Associates Inc., providing comprehensive eye care to patients in the greater Mahoning Valley. He sees patients at the Poland and Youngstown offices. Dr.

Yakubov specializes in cataract and lens implant surgery, offering advanced techniques including laser-assisted cataract surgery, refractive cataract surgery, and advanced technology intraocular lens implants. He also treats secondary cataracts with laser surgery. Dr. Yakubov earned his medical degree from Northeastern Ohio University College of Medicine and completed his ophthalmology residency at Akron City Hospital / Summa Health Center. He serves as Clinical Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at NEOMED and is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
