Meet Dr. Kenneth James Lindahl

Dr. Kenneth Lindahl is an ophthalmologist in Rochester, New York, with more than 25 years of experience dedicated to advanced cataract and LASIK surgery. Having undergone LASIK himself, he brings a personal understanding of the life-changing impact these procedures can have. He focuses on using the most current technology to achieve the best outcomes for his patients.

Dr. Lindahl completed his undergraduate studies in physics at Union College, graduating summa cum laude, and earned his medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine. He trained in internal medicine before returning to the University of Rochester for his ophthalmology residency, where he served as Chief Resident in 1989. He then completed a fellowship in cornea and external disease. Dr. Lindahl has been at the forefront of ophthalmic innovation, being the first ophthalmologist in New York State to perform microincisional cataract surgery and the first in Upstate New York to have LASIK.
