About Me
Dr. Julia Kang is a board-certified, fellowship-trained oculoplastic and reconstructive surgeon who cares exclusively for conditions involving the eyelids, tear ducts, and orbit. She blends meticulous surgical technique with an artist’s eye, offering tailored plans that restore both function and natural facial harmony. Patients value her clear explanations, gentle approach, and focus on outcomes that match each person’s goals and anatomy.
Dr. Kang earned her MD and MPH at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, completed ophthalmology residency at the Emory Eye Center in Atlanta, and pursued dedicated oculoplastic fellowship training at Central Valley Eye Medical Group in California. She has collaborated with world-renowned surgeons in Seoul and has contributed peer-reviewed publications and book illustrations in oculoplastic surgery. Outside the operating room, she enjoys painting, hiking, and discovering new coffee shops. Her practice mission is simple: deliver meticulous, patient-centered care that enhances confidence while preserving each patient’s unique features.
