Meet Dr. Julia C Stevens

Dr. Julia C. Stevens is a board-certified ophthalmologist who serves as Director of Pediatric Ophthalmology and Adult Motility at UK HealthCare. She provides specialized care for children with eye conditions and also treats adults with strabismus (eye misalignment). Patients describe her as thorough and communicative, taking time to explain diagnoses and treatment options in a clear, reassuring manner.

Dr. Stevens addresses a wide range of pediatric eye issues, including amblyopia (lazy eye), strabismus, cataracts, and tear duct obstructions. Her practice emphasizes compassionate, family-centered care, and she is known for her ability to connect with young patients and their families.
