Dr. Jon Konti

Dr. Jon A. Konti is a fellowship-trained corneal and refractive surgery specialist who is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. He completed his medical degree at the University of Cincinnati and his ophthalmology residency at University Hospitals/Case Western Reserve, followed by a cornea and refractive surgery fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern.

Dr. Konti is dedicated to providing the highest standards of patient care, with special interests in cataract surgery with advanced lens implants, LASIK and PRK refractive surgery, and corneal transplantation techniques such as DSEK, DMEK, and DALK. He has advanced training in LENSAR Laser Cataract Surgery and offers the RxSight Light Adjustable Lens for optimized results.

Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Konti is actively involved in surgical mission trips, having recently performed over 90 surgeries in the Dominican Republic, and participates in Valley-wide trauma services for emergent eye injuries. He also contributes to public awareness through presentations and media interviews on eye safety.
