Dr. John Wells

Dr. John A. Wells III is a retina specialist who treats vitreous and retinal diseases. He earned his medical degree and completed his ophthalmology residency at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia, followed by a fellowship in vitreoretinal diseases and surgery at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London, England.

Dr. Wells is dedicated to advancing care for retinal conditions through clinical trials. He has been involved in research for new treatments for age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and retinal vein occlusions.
