Dr. Jeffrey Kaplan

Dr. Kaplan is a board-certified ophthalmologist who specializes in cataract surgery. He completed his medical education at Stonybrook University Medical School and his ophthalmology residency at Downstate Medical Center in New York City. With over 12,000 cataract surgeries performed, Dr.
