Dr. Jamie Keen

Liza M. Cohen, MD, is an ophthalmic plastic, orbital and reconstructive surgeon who cares for adults with eyelid, lacrimal and orbital disorders as well as patients seeking thoughtful, natural-appearing cosmetic improvement. She helps people feel and see their best by combining meticulous surgical technique with attentive pre- and post-operative care. Dr. Cohen earned her medical degree from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, completed ophthalmology residency at Massachusetts Eye and Ear/Harvard, and finished fellowship training in oculoplastic and reconstructive surgery at UCLA. Her clinical interests span functional eyelid surgery, nasolacrimal (tear duct) procedures and complex orbital reconstruction, along with minimally invasive aesthetic treatments. Dr. Kathryn (Katie) Winkler is a board-certified ophthalmologist with specialized training in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery (oculofacial surgery). She cares for patients with functional and cosmetic concerns of the eyelids, tear drainage system, and orbit. Dr. Winkler offers comprehensive options ranging from eyelid surgery and brow lifting to evaluation and treatment of eyelid lesions, blocked tear ducts, thyroid eye disease, and orbital conditions, with an emphasis on restoring comfort and achieving natural-looking results. Dr. Winkler earned her medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine and completed her ophthalmology residency at the Kresge Eye Institute in Detroit. She then completed a two-year ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship at Kresge. She is an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Rush University College of Medicine and has contributed through scientific publications and national presentations. She also has a long-standing interest in international medicine and has participated in ophthalmic and oculoplastic care missions abroad.

Dr. Duaa Sharfi is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgery. She completed ophthalmology residency at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai and advanced oculoplastics training (including ASOPRS) at Emory University. An alumna of the University of Illinois at Chicago, she enjoys caring for patients from many backgrounds and speaks English and Arabic. Her practice covers the full spectrum of eyelid, orbital, and lacrimal conditions as well as aesthetic concerns. Patients value her steady surgical skill, collaborative style, and emphasis on shared decision-making—whether restoring eyelid function, addressing tearing or orbital disease, or planning subtle, natural-looking rejuvenation.
