About Me
Dr. Frank G. Baloh is a cosmetic and reconstructive oculoplastic surgeon who treats a range of conditions affecting the eyelids and surrounding structures. He specializes in procedures such as blepharoplasty, chalazion removal, entropion and ectropion repair, eyelid lesion excision and reconstruction, ptosis repair, and the management of thyroid eye disease. He also addresses tear drainage disorders and various cancers of the eye area.
Dr. Baloh earned his medical degree from Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine and completed residency in ophthalmology at the University of Virginia and a fellowship in oculoplastic surgery at the Arizona Center for Eye Plastic Surgery. He brings over two decades of experience from Lehigh Valley Eye Center in Allentown and currently practices with OCLI Vision. He is an active member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
