About Me
Dr. Evan Pike is a fellowship-trained ophthalmologist who provides comprehensive eye care with specialized expertise in refractive surgery, cataract surgery, and the treatment of corneal disease. He completed his medical degree at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, followed by a residency in ophthalmology at the University of Virginia, and advanced fellowship training in Cornea and External Disease as well as Refractive Surgery (LASIK) at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.
Dr. Pike's clinical practice focuses on advanced procedures including LASIK and cataract surgery, along with the management of complex corneal conditions. He remains engaged in clinical research, having co-authored articles in peer-reviewed journals and presented original research at national scientific meetings. He has also contributed to international health initiatives through medical mission trips to Guatemala, Jamaica, and rural Costa Rica.
Dr. Pike is a member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, the Cornea Society, and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. He resides in the Peoria area with his family.
