Dr. Donald Hollsten

Dr. Donald Hollsten is a board-certified oculoplastic surgeon practicing in San Antonio, Texas. With over 35 years of experience, he provides specialized care in reconstructive, revisional, and trauma eye surgeries, as well as cosmetic procedures. Dr. Hollsten began his career in the military, serving as a Colonel in the US Army before transitioning to private practice in 1994. He is a Clinical Professor with the Department of Ophthalmology and an Assistant Clinical Professor with the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at UT Health San Antonio.

Dr. Hollsten works closely with patients one-on-one, discussing treatment options to address their individual reconstructive and aesthetic goals. His expertise includes eyelid surgery, orbital surgery, tear duct procedures, and other oculoplastic conditions.
