Dr. David Hunt

Dr. David J. Hunt is a retina specialist with over 30 years of experience in West Virginia. He completed his medical training at Marshall University, ophthalmology residency at Virginia Commonwealth University, and retinal fellowship at the University of South Florida. Dr. Hunt has been providing comprehensive retinal care at Retina Consultants since 2000.

He treats a variety of retinal conditions using advanced surgical and laser techniques. Dr. Hunt is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of professional societies such as the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Retina Specialists. He sees patients at multiple locations throughout West Virginia, bringing a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to eye care.
