Dr. Charles Proctor

Dr. Charles M. Proctor is a comprehensive ophthalmologist specializing in advanced cataract surgery. Originally from Conway, South Carolina, he is dedicated to providing patient-centered eye care.

Dr. Proctor completed his Bachelor's degree at Coastal Carolina University and earned his Doctor of Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina. He then undertook an internship in General Surgery and a residency in Ophthalmology at MUSC, followed by further training in urgent eye care and ocular trauma surgery at the Storm Eye Institute.
