Dr. Chad Kauffman

Dr. Kauffman is a board-certified ophthalmic surgeon with Community Eye Care of Indiana. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Goshen College in 1998 and his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He then completed an internship and ophthalmology residency at Grandview Hospital and Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Kauffman joined Community Eye Care of Indiana in 2012 after five years in private practice in Ohio.

Dr. Kauffman specializes in comprehensive ophthalmology, providing care for a range of eye conditions. His clinical expertise includes cataract surgery, glaucoma treatment, diabetic eye care, and dry eye management.
