Dr. Byron Wilkes is a board-certified oculofacial plastic surgeon at McFarland Eye Care, serving patients in Little Rock, Pine Bluff, Hot Springs, and Bryant. He was first drawn to this unique field during his medical school rotations because of the wide variety of conditions and range of patients it allows him to treat. Dr. Wilkes approaches patient care with a minimalistic philosophy, focusing on listening to his patients to understand their goals and then providing clear options to help accomplish them.
