Dr. Bruce Bleiman

Dr. Bruce Bleiman has been practicing in Northampton for nearly 40 years as a founding partner of Eye Physicians of Northampton. He offers comprehensive ophthalmology, managing a wide range of eye conditions including glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration, diabetic eye disease, dry eye, and Fuchs' dystrophy.

After earning his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College, Dr. Bleiman completed an internship and then worked as a general practitioner for the Department of Defense in Germany, gaining broad medical experience. He undertook specialized training at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London before completing his ophthalmology residency at the Washington National Eye Center.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Bleiman has volunteered for many years at the Nevis Eye Clinic in the Caribbean, providing eye care to underserved communities. He continues to deliver comprehensive eye care and ophthalmic laser treatments to patients in the Northampton area.
