Dr. Breanna Tracey

Dr. Breanna Tracey is a clinical instructor in ophthalmology who cares for children and adults with eye alignment and vision development concerns. At the Kellogg Eye Center, she sees patients in the Pediatric Ophthalmology & Adult Strabismus Clinic, providing thoughtful evaluations and collaborative care plans tailored to each family. Her clinical interests include amblyopia and a full spectrum of strabismus conditions, and she is committed to helping patients understand their diagnoses and treatment options in clear, approachable language.

Dr. Tracey earned her medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine and completed her ophthalmology residency at the Kellogg Eye Center–University of Michigan. She welcomes patients in Ann Arbor and at Trinity Health Oakland Hospital, and works closely with colleagues across U-M Health to coordinate care when needed. Patients can expect careful examinations, evidence-based recommendations, and a supportive environment designed to help them reach their best possible vision.
