Dr. Bahram Eshraghi

Dr. Bahram Eshraghi is an ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgeon at UT Health San Antonio. He offers medical, reconstructive, and cosmetic care for the eyelids, orbit (eye socket), tear ducts, and brows—addressing problems that affect comfort, vision, and appearance. Whether removing a benign eyelid lesion, repairing a fractured eye socket, or planning a functional or cosmetic eyelid procedure, he takes time to explain options and tailor care to each person’s goals.

Dr. Eshraghi completed medical school, residency, and fellowship training at Tehran University of Medical Sciences. He cares for patients across UT Health locations, including the Medical Arts & Research Center and the Kyle Seale Parkway clinic, and speaks English and Farsi. As part of an academic ophthalmology team, he coordinates with colleagues in head and neck surgery, neurosurgery, and plastic surgery for complex conditions and provides convenient access to multidisciplinary care. He is accepting new patients.
